目的探讨药患矛盾产生的原因及对策。方法对门诊药房的药患矛盾进行归纳总结,并提出针对性解决措施。结果药师服务质量不高、医院管理不足和患者非正当需求得不到满足是引起药患矛盾的主要原因。结论药师转变服务观念、强化服务意识、提升专业素质、提高药学服务质量,医院加强监督管理、改善治疗环境、优化就诊流程等,可减少和防范药患矛盾的发生,有利于构建和谐药患关系。
Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of drug contradiction. Methods To sum up the contradiction between medicine and patient in outpatient pharmacy and put forward some countermeasures. Results The poor service quality of pharmacists, the lack of hospital management and the unmet need of patients were the main reasons for the contradiction between medicine and patient. Conclusions Pharmacists can reduce and prevent contradictions between drug users and patients by changing their service concept, strengthening their sense of service, improving professional qualities, improving the quality of pharmacy services, strengthening supervision and management in hospitals, improving the treatment environment and optimizing treatment procedures, which is conducive to building a harmonious relationship between drug patients and patients .
