中国石油天然气集团公司目前已制定“四个基地”、“一个通道”发展规划,预计到2020年,新疆油气当量将达到6000万t以上,跨国管道年进口油气当量约1亿t。
At present, China National Petroleum Corporation has formulated a development plan of “four bases” and “one channel”. It is estimated that by 2020, Xinjiang’s oil and gas equivalent will reach over 60 million tons, and that of transnational pipelines will be about 100 million tons .
