恶性黑素瘤(MM)并发恶性淋巴瘤(ML)罕见,至今报告不足10例,且多为两种肿瘤发生于身体不同部位,各有其临床特 征,易于诊断。本文报道1例上腭原位MM并发鼻咽部原发ML,尸检及免疫组化明确诊断。
Malignant melanoma (MM) is a rare malignant lymphoma (ML). So far, less than 10 cases have been reported. Mostly two tumors occur in different parts of the body. Each has its own clinical features and is easy to diagnose. This article reports a case of paratracheal MM complicated with primary nasopharyngeal ML, autopsy and immunohistochemical diagnosis.
