园林技术专业具有实践性强的特点,在教学培养中应注重学生技能的培养,“工学结合411”模式是江西环境工程职业学院在人才培养模式改革与省级特色专业建设中,经三个教学循环的实践,探索出的高职园林技术专业人才培养新模式。该模式遵循园林技术专业学生有效学习的认知规律,通过加大实践教学比例,突出了学生实践能力培养,显示出其在工学结合技术人才培养中较强的灵活性、适用性。
The garden technology specialty has the characteristics of practicality and strong emphasis on the cultivation of students’ skills in the teaching and training. The “Combination of Work and Study 411” mode is the reform of talent cultivation mode and the construction of provincial-level specialties in Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College. A teaching cycle of practice, to explore a new model of higher vocational education in garden technology professionals. This model follows the law of cognition of effective learning of garden technology majors and emphasizes the cultivation of practical ability of students by increasing the proportion of practical teaching. It shows that it has strong flexibility and applicability in the training of technician with technology.
