工业生产规模的不断扩大对大型控制系统的稳定性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。控制系统的冗余配置是一个很好的解决方法。结合某化工厂离子膜烧碱工艺过程控制,提出了基于ABB公司Freelance 800F DCS的冗余系统设计方案和实现方法。
The continuous expansion of industrial production has put forward higher requirements on the stability and reliability of large-scale control systems. Control system redundancy configuration is a good solution. Combined with a chemical plant caustic soda process control, proposed based on ABB’s Freelance 800F DCS redundant system design and implementation methods.
