由中国石油和化学工业联合会主办的聚氯乙烯行业低汞触媒技术应用交流会上周在新疆中泰集团举行。会议达成了一个重要共识:当前电石法PVC行业正在面临生死存亡的挑战,低汞触媒的推广迫在眉睫,但只要业界共同努力,敢于作为、积极作为,电石法PVC的低汞化甚至无汞化是完全可能的。中国石化联合会会长李勇武在会上指出,低汞触媒推广工作迫在眉睫。受国际《水俣公约》的限制,高汞触媒的使用已直接威胁到电石法PVC行业
