目的:应用128层螺旋CT比较分析青年及老年后循环缺血(Posterior circulation ischemia,PCI)患者椎基底动脉系统血管异常情况。材料与方法:选择246例临床诊断为PCI患者,进行头颈部CTA检查,观察、分析不同年龄阶段PCI椎基底动脉系统血管情况。结果:青年组和老年组PCI均以椎基底动脉狭窄和先天变异为主,但二者分别存在统计学差异(p<0.05),老年组狭窄或闭塞占的比例最高,而青年组以先天变异多见,青年组和老年组椎基底动脉狭窄或闭塞的位置不同,老年组以椎动脉起始部多见,而青年组以椎动脉颅内段狭窄多见。结论:128层螺旋CT可一站式完成头颈部CTA检查,可以为青年和老年PCI患者的病因诊断提供重要的影像信息。
Objective: To compare and analyze the vascular abnormalities of vertebrobasilar system in young and old patients with posterior circulation ischemia (PCI) by using 128-slice spiral CT. Materials and Methods: A total of 246 cases of PCI patients were selected for head and neck CTA examination. The blood vessels of vertebrobasilar artery in different age groups were observed and analyzed. Results: PCI was mainly vertebrobasilar artery stenosis and congenital malformation in the youth group and the elderly group, but the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), and the proportion of stenosis or occlusion in the elderly group was the highest More common in youth and elderly group of vertebrobasilar artery stenosis or occlusion in different positions, the elderly group to the more common at the beginning of the vertebral artery, while the young group to the more common intracranial stenosis of the vertebral artery. Conclusion: 128-slice spiral CT can complete one-stop CTA examination of head and neck, which can provide important image information for etiological diagnosis of young and old PCI patients.
