古希腊哲学家苏格拉底有句名言:“教育不是灌输,而是点燃火焰。”我把它当作座右铭,以激励和鞭策自己奋发不懈地投入教学工作,也把这句名言当作自己教学工作的终极目标,用它指导我的教学工作。数学课程标准中多次提到以创新精神和实践能力的培养为重点。作为新课程改革下的小学数学教师,在基础教育阶段必须致力于培养学生的创新意识,设法点燃学生心中的创新火花,从而逐步培养学生的创新能力。

Many times in mathematics curriculum standards, it focuses on the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability. As a primary school mathematics teacher under the new curriculum reform, we must devote ourselves to cultivating the students’ innovative awareness in the elementary education stage and trying to ignite the spark of innovation in the students’ mind so as to gradually develop students’ innovative ability.
