1959年,我们对新生儿硬化症使用了“G 三 V 溶液”(即葡萄糖与三种维生秦)治疗,其配方如下15%葡萄糖 100毫升维生素 B_1 30毫克维生素 C 300毫克维生素 E 25毫克此液须新鲜配制,溶解后使用,避免细菌生长。用前加温。每日4次,每次5～10毫升。我们治疗的7例都痊愈出院。兹特将病例一案报告于下:熊××,男,15天,9月早产,出生后因母亲无奶,以牛奶喂养,近5天来厌奶,全身水肿,皮肤发硬,冷觉,哭音低。检查:患儿体形瘦小,颅骨骨缝及前囟、后囟皆未闭合,心肺无异常,四肢不能活动。四肢、臀部、面颊部和储皮脂部位的皮肤失去柔软常度,皮肤与皮下组织硬
