全球性、全球化和全球主义是三个互为联系又相互区别的重要概念。全球化强调各领域中的跨国过程特征,全球性则意味着世界社会并且表明这一事物是不可修正的,“世界社会”要求从多领域、多中心、政治的角度加以理解。对三者的区分可以通过比较全球公民社会、世界主义民主、资本主义世界社会、世界风险社会、作为非民主合法政治的世界社会、跨国国家等六种有关世界社会的不同观点来进行详细阐述。
Globalization, globalization and globalism are three important concepts that are interrelated and differentiated. Globalization emphasizes the characteristics of transnational processes in various fields. Globally it means world society and shows that this thing can not be amended. “World society” requires understanding from a multi-domain, multi-center and political perspective. The distinction between the three can be elaborated through a comparison of six different perspectives on world society such as global civil society, cosmopolitan democracy, capitalist world society, world risk society, non-democracy and political legitimacy of the world community, and transnational countries.
