青春期的青少年容易产生“网络情结”。要严格区分有“网络情结”的青少年和网瘾患者二者的界限。由于“网络情结”对青少年产生负面影响,教育机构要实施关爱教育,帮助青少年摆脱对网络世界的依赖。
