当前,我国经济发展逐步进入了一个从传统生产要素驱动向创新要素驱动的新阶段,建设创新型国家是现阶段我国经济发展和科技创新的重大战略。如何落实国家自主创新战略,充分发挥资本市场推动自主创新的主渠道作用,是一个非常迫切,也非常有意义的课题。本文从证券经营机构的视角,通过新疆上市公司经营及自主创新的现状分析,从资本市场如何为自主创新战略服务方面,对完善资本市场、利用资本市场提升上市公司核心竞争力,推动新疆自主创新战略实施提出建议。
