通过正相硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、MCI树脂、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层色谱和反相HPLC等多种色谱分离方法相结合,从甘青大戟乙醇提取物中分离得到7个甾体和15个芳香族衍生物;借助波谱学分析方法鉴定它们的结构分别为:豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(1)、豆甾-5-烯-3β,7β-二醇(2)、豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇-7-酮(3)、豆甾-4-烯-6β-醇-3-酮(4)、豆甾-1,4-二烯-3-酮(5)、豆甾-3,6-二酮(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、东莨菪素(8)、七叶内酯(9)、6-羟基-5,7-二甲氧基-香豆素(10)、槲皮素(11)、3,3’,4’-三甲基鞣花酸(12)、对羟基苯乙基茴香酸酯(13)、间羟基苯乙醇(14)、反式桂皮酸(15)、阿魏酸(16)、3,4二羟基苯甲酸(17)、香草酸(18)、对羟基苯甲酸(19)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(20)、没食子酸乙酯(21)和没食子酸甲酯(22)。以上化合物均为首次从甘青大戟中分离得到。
Seven kinds of steroids were isolated from the ethanol extract of Euphorbia euphorbia by normal phase silica gel, macroporous adsorption resin, MCI resin, Sephadex LH-20, preparative thin layer chromatography and reverse phase HPLC. And 15 aromatic derivatives. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis as follows: stigma-5-ene-3β, 7α-diol (3), stigmast-4-ene-6β-ol-3-one (4), stigmasteroid-1,4-diene- (6), β-sitosterol (7), scopolamine (8), esculetin (9), 6-hydroxy-5,7 (10), quercetin (11), 3,3 ’, 4’-trimethyl ellagic acid (12), p-hydroxyphenylethylanisole (15), ferulic acid (16), 3,4 dihydroxybenzoic acid (17), vanillic acid (18), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (19), 3, Ethyl 4-dihydroxybenzoate (20), ethyl gallate (21) and methyl gallate (22). The above compounds were isolated from the green Euphorbia for the first time.
