PSC—10数字皮带秤二次仪表通过设计定型。电子皮带秤是在皮带运输机上测量物料的一种计量设备。国外已广泛应用。精度一般在±0.5%到±1.0%之间。国内通用的单托辊秤架的电子皮带秤,精度一般在±2.0%到±5.0%。由于精度低,且稳定性不好,尤其运输物料波动大时,仪表指针摆动频繁,以至无法使用。湘潭钢铁厂与长沙黑色金属矿山设计研究院合作,研制成了带宽1米水平安装多托辊双重杠杆式电子皮带秤架。它能最大限度地克服水平力对称量
