舟山地处,长江、钱塘江、甬江人海口,是我国“黄金海岸”、“黄金水道”交汇的咽喉要冲,背靠经济发达的沪、甬等大中城市群。舟山以群岛著称,“海”是全市的最大特色,也是主要市情,在区域总面积2.22万平方公里中,海域面积为2.08万平方公里,是岛屿面积的15.2倍,占全省的1/2,海岸线2445公里,占全省的37.2%,具有极其丰富的渔港景资源优势和经济优势。 21世纪是海洋世纪,开发海洋是人类的希望,也是振兴舟山的根本出路。抓住历史赋予的一切机
