本研究是用生物间遗传学的观点和方法,继续研究两个邻近省即河北、河南两省小麦品种与两省叶锈菌的相互作用。通过两省54个小麦品种与161个叶锈菌株的相互作用研究,可以看出在河北省已推广的品种中,如冀麦2号等的毒力频率值为100%,严重感染叶锈病。其他品种如丰抗8号等毒力频率值为22.5—29.2%,对两省的叶锈菌的抗性都较好。河南省已推广的品种中除百农3217和郑6辐的毒力频率值为66.7—68%属中度感病外,其余如郑州681等的毒力频率值为82.0—99.4%,都表现高度感病。用河北、河南两省叶锈菌株对两省小麦品种进行交互接种,两省的叶锈菌所表现的平均毒力频率值分别为53.8%和53%,说明两个邻近省的叶锈菌群体在总的毒性方面是相似的,但对具体的小麦品种,两省叶锈菌群体所表现的毒性可以不同。
In this study, we used the perspectives and methods of biological genetics to continue to study the interaction between wheat varieties in two neighboring provinces, Hebei and Henan Provinces, and the leaf rusts of the two provinces. The average virulence frequency of leaf rust in the two provinces was 53.8% and 53%, respectively, indicating that the leaf rust population in two neighboring provinces The overall toxicity is similar, but for specific wheat varieties, the leaf rust populations in both provinces may exhibit different toxicities.
