目的 对飞行人员红细胞免疫功能的影响因素进行研究。方法 采用红细胞C_(3b)受体花环法研究红细胞膜C_(3b)受体活性的变化,采用红细胞C_(3b)受体花环影响试验研究血清中红细胞免疫调节因子的变化。结果 飞行人员红细胞免疫功能明显优于地勤人员(P<0.05)。但如把飞行人员分为40岁以上及以下两组,则40岁以下飞行人员红细胞免疫功能状态最佳,其次为地勤人员,最次为40岁以上飞行人员,三者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);如把40岁以下飞行人员按总飞行时间分为500h以上及以下分为两组,则试验显示飞行时间对红细胞免疫功能的影响无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 飞行人员红细胞免疫功能状态与年龄因素有关,而在一定条件下与飞行时间因素无关。
Objective To study the influencing factors of erythrocyte immune function of pilots. Methods The changes of erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor activity were studied by using the erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor rosette. The effects of erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor rosette on the changes of erythrocyte immunoregulatory factors were studied. Results The flight crew erythrocyte immune function was significantly better than ground crew (P <0.05). However, if the pilots were divided into two groups of over 40 years old and below, the state of erythrocyte immune function of the pilots under the age of 40 was the best, followed by the ground crew, the most for the pilots over the age of 40, the three were significantly different P <0.01). If pilots under the age of 40 were divided into two groups according to the total flight time of more than 500h, the test showed that the flight time has no significant difference on the immune function of erythrocytes (P> 0.05). Conclusion The status of erythrocyte immune function of flight crew is related to age, but not to the flight time under certain conditions.
