本文指出了高职院校计算机类专业顺利推进顶岗实习必须解决学生对顶岗实习认同;企业与学校对学生管理教育方式差异;学生顶岗实习期间学生应该学什么,怎么学;学校对顶岗实习的学生应该管什么,怎么管等关键性问题。提出了应加强学生理念认同教育,深化教育教学改革,保证各个教学环节与顶岗实习紧密对接,加强校企沟通形成多方互动合作的学生管理机制等相应对策。
This paper points out that the computer specialty in higher vocational colleges smoothly promote the internship in post must solve the students’ recognition of post internship; the difference between the management methods of enterprises and schools in student management; the students should learn what and how to learn during internship; What should be managed, how to control the key issues. Put forward some corresponding countermeasures such as strengthening students’identifying identity education, deepening education and teaching reform, ensuring the close connection between various teaching steps and internship, strengthening the communication between school-enterprise and multi-party and interactive cooperation.
