本文探讨社会语言培训机构汉语教师的评价标准问题。根据培训机构的师资构成情况,本文认为,对培训机构的汉语教师进行业务评价应有一个基本的起点,即行业准入标准。在此基础上,应从专业知识、专业技能、与教学业务相关的个人素质及职业操守三个方面对教师进行工作评价。还应建立科学合理的评价机制,以保证评价的准确与可靠。
This article explores the evaluation criteria of Chinese language teachers in social language training institutions. According to the composition of teachers in training institutions, this paper argues that there should be a basic starting point for the evaluation of Chinese teachers in training institutions, namely, industry access standards. On this basis, teachers should be evaluated on the basis of professional knowledge, professional skills, personal qualities and professional ethics related to teaching business. We should also establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation.
