2006年,重庆市教育科学“十一五”规划重点课题“中小学名师成长途径与策略研究”立项,课题兼顾名师成长的个性和共性,关注名师成长的差异性,多层次探索名师可持续发展的途径和策略。两年多来,该项目已取得阶段性成果——一大批中小学青年教师快速成长,成为本行业的中坚力量,他们各自的成长经历也为重庆市乃至全国的名师培养提供可资借鉴和操作的策略。从本期开始,《今日教育》“师者师”栏目将陆续报道一批具有代表性、快速成长起来的青年教学名师,从各个不同侧面介绍他们的成长经验,希望能够为更多青年教师的成长提供有效的方法和策略。
