天津地毯进出口公司地毯厂仓库,平面尺寸为48m×72m,屋盖采用了正放四角锥螺栓球节点网架,网格与高度均为3m,支承在周边柱距6m的柱子上.网架的设计荷载为3.2kN/m~2.网架工程由北京华通网架公司制造、安装,1994年10月31日竣工,11月3日通过阶段验收,于12月4日突然全部坍塌,造成死1人,伤13人的重大事故.坍塌时屋面的保温层及GRC板已全部施工完毕,找平层正在施工,屋盖实际荷载估计达2.1kN/m~2.

When the collapsed roof insulation layer and GRC panels have been fully constructed, the screed layer is under construction and the actual roof load is estimated to be 2.1 kN/m2.
