在我国的各项事业得到全面发展的情况下,城市化的进程也在不断的加快,随着各大城市人口密度的不断增加,住房问题也日趋紧张,在有限的城市土地资源的限制下,高层建筑的出现和建设可以很好地缓解这些住房危机,并实现土地资源的充分利用,但是由于高层建筑本身的特性给我们的建筑施工增加了不少的技术性问题,这就导致了部分高层在施工中和试用期间或多或少的会出现一些墙体裂缝、高层建筑物不均匀沉降等现象,这不仅不利于资源的合理使用,同时还会给使用者及周边的设施带来较大的安全隐患。因此,针对高层建筑物的桩基工程中常见的施工问题进行了分析,并适当的提出了一些改进措施。
