US imperialism recently developed into a new type of high-performance, mobile tactical phased array radar. Allegedly, the new radar has the advantages of small size and low cost, without affecting its tactical and technical performance. The new radar uses a smaller phase shifter, improved phase-shift actuators and random design techniques to improve overall performance and greatly reduce the size. Because phase shifters are smaller, they take up less space. As the tracking beam sweep leaves the axis, it results in a reduction in power loss. The phase shifter is smaller and more efficient, which increases the scan angle and reduces the power requirements. In addition, the small size of the mover also reduces the cost by 25% over the previous design.
