薄壁套筒(或圆环),用卡盘夹紧外径加工內孔(车、磨、镗)时,由于装卡后工件会产生变形,所以很难把孔加工准确。为了消除装卡变形,采取了以下方法:一、圆柱形封闭套筒的加工:我们革新成了图1所示的夹具,以工件的端面做支承表面,把滚花螺帽装卡在卡盘上,这样就防止了工件的装卡变形,保证了孔的加工质量。二、开槽圆锥套筒的加工:图2是开槽圆锥套筒,在滑动轴承中应用的较多。
