笔者在门诊期间,曾接诊二例因应用复方氯丙嗪致副作用。报告如下: 例1.毛某某,男,3岁,其母述:患儿于1983年2月16日中午,因饮食不当,出现阵发性腹痛,呕吐8次,当晚以急性胃炎伴脱水住县医院。经补液,肌注复方氯丙嗪12.5mg,呕吐停止,患儿安静入睡。次日上午发现患儿哭闹、烦躁、两眼球上翻,全身疲乏无力,但饮食尚好。经观察治疗效果不佳,自动出院。来我院就诊,以“病毒性脑炎”收住院。
During the clinic, I had two cases of side effects due to the application of compound chlorpromazine. The report is as follows: 1. Mao Moumou, male, 3 years old, its mother’s statement: children at noon on February 16, 1983, due to improper diet, paroxysmal abdominal pain, vomiting 8 times that night with acute gastritis with dehydration County Hospital. After rehydration, intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine 12.5mg, vomiting stopped, children sleep quietly. The next morning found that children crying, irritability, the two ball on the turn, the body tired and weak, but the diet is still good. The treatment was observed poor results, automatic discharge. To our hospital for treatment, “viral encephalitis” admitted to hospital.
