利用View Cast数值模拟软件,对低合金钢耐磨块的熔模铸造过程进行了充型和凝固过程模拟.结果表明:采用(Φ)12mm×40mm内浇道、(Φ)40mm×450mm直浇道、4×4堆垛方式的熔模铸造工艺能满足低合金钢耐磨块的铸造工艺要求,保证了铸件质量,且生产效率高,操作简单.
