1980～1984研究了 P 型细胞质不育系的恢保关系、测交 F_1的千粒重和单株生产力,并对不育系和保持系成熟时期的花粉作了电镜扫描观察.结果表明:P型不育系在恢保关系、杂种的千粒重和单株生产力表现上与 T 型不育系无本质区别。故初步结论为:P、T 型不育系属于同一种细胞质的雄性不育类型。
1980 ~ 1984 studied the restorer relationship of P-type cytoplasmic male sterile line, measured the 1000-grain weight and single plant productivity of F_1, and observed the pollen of the male sterile line and maintainer line at the mature stage.The results showed that: There is no essential difference between fertility lines and T-CMS in the relationship between restorers and maintainers, the thousand-grain weight of hybrids and the productivity per plant. Therefore, the preliminary conclusion is: P, T male sterile lines belong to the same type of cytoplasmic male sterility.
