目的:研究益气补肾口服液的体外对SMMC-27721细胞及A-549细胞生长抑制作用。方法:采用活细胞计数法及MTT法观察益气补肾口服液对上述两种人瘤细胞进行检测和观察。结果:益气补肾口服液对上述两种人瘤细胞的生长增殖曲线具有明显的抑制作用。对两种人瘤细胞降解MTT半数抑瘤浓度(IC50)分别为1.02mg/mL、0.73mg/mL;对两种人瘤细胞的集落形成有明显的抑制作用,最大抑制率分别为78.48%、89.17%。结论:益气补肾口服液体外具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid on the growth of SMMC-27721 cells and A-549 cells in vitro. Methods: The viable cell counting method and MTT method were used to observe Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid for the detection and observation of the above two human tumor cells. Results: Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth and proliferation curves of the two human tumor cells. The half-inhibitory concentration (IC50) of two human tumor cells degraded by MTT was 1.02 mg/mL and 0.73 mg/mL, respectively; and the colony formation of the two human tumor cells was significantly inhibited, with a maximum inhibition rate of 78.48%. 89.17%. Conclusion: There is obvious anti-tumor activity of Yiqi Bushen oral liquid.
