Monakow综合征是由前脉络丛动脉破裂或闭塞引起的,以对侧偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍、不规则形偏盲(或象限盲)3种主要症状为特征。又称前脉络丛动脉综合征。到目前为止只有数例报告。作者在北里大学医学部神经内科研修期间经验本综合征1例。本文仅就所经验病例的临床表现,头部CT扫描、核磁共振像(MRI)、脑血管造影所见等综合报告如下。
Monakow syndrome is caused by the rupture or occlusion of the anterior choroidal plexus and is characterized by three major symptoms of contralateral hemiplegia, hemifacial sensory disturbances, and irregular hemianopia (or quadrant blindness). Also known as anterior choroid plexus syndrome. So far there are only a few reports. The author in Beili University, Department of Neurology, Medical Institute during the experience of this syndrome in 1 case. This article only on the experience of clinical manifestations, head CT scan, MRI (MRI), cerebral angiography and other comprehensive report is as follows.
