●按照主要经济指标和创新能力指标的综合评价,宁波高新区目前大致处于全国54个国家级高新区的第三集团中等水平。●宁波高新区未来发展方向:打造创新型、科技城和开放式为主要特征的国家级高新区。●宁波高新区的发展目标:宁波自主创新的引领区、科技创业的核心区、高新产业的示范区,争取有些领域或指标跻身于国内一流的创新型高新区行列。●宁波高新区功能培育的重点:围绕强化研发创新、创业孵化、高新产业示范和机制体制创新等四大功能,着重培育创新要素集聚、高新技术产业化和管理服务等三大能力。●宁波高新区的产业选择思路:一要依托创新链,发展核心产业;二要依托产业链,发展产业集群;三要依托价值链,发展特色产业。
