锚索通常工作在高应力状态,其健康状况直接关系到边坡的安全和稳定。为了实时反映锚索的受力状态,将光纤Bragg光栅粘贴在锚索钢丝表面。锚索受力发生形变,从而使粘贴在锚索表面的光纤Bragg光栅中心波长发生移位。拉伸试验表明:拉伸力灵敏度为19.9pm/kN,线性度为1.02%FS。通过对光纤Bragg光栅中心波长移位量的测量,可以实现对锚索所受拉伸力的在线监测。
Anchor cable usually work in high stress state, its health status is directly related to the safety and stability of the slope. In order to reflect the stress state of the anchor cable in real time, the fiber Bragg grating is stuck on the surface of the anchor wire. The anchor cable is deformed by force, so that the center wavelength of the fiber Bragg grating pasted on the anchor cable surface is displaced. Tensile tests show that: the tensile force sensitivity of 19.9pm / kN, linearity of 1.02% FS. By measuring the shift of the center wavelength of the fiber Bragg grating, the on-line monitoring of the tensile force on the cable can be realized.
