《基于职业导向型中职微生物课程的研究与实践》是辽宁省2014年“十二五”教育科学规划课题,笔者结合多年来对中职学校学情的了解,综述了职业活动导向的教学模式,并结合企业的调研访谈结论,构建了职业活动导向课程开发的“四定四排”策略。本文以《食品微生物学》为载体分析该策略并指出应用该策略时要把握好4个比例,最后分析该策略的有效性。
The research and practice based on career-oriented mid-career microbiology curriculum is the subject of “12th Five-Year Plan” educational planning in Liaoning Province in 2014. Based on the understanding of the secondary school vocational school situation over the years, the author summarizes the orientation of professional activities Teaching mode and combined with the conclusion of the research and investigation of the enterprises, we constructed the strategy of “four-row and four-row” for the development of vocational activity oriented curriculum. In this paper, “Food Microbiology” as a carrier analysis of the strategy and pointed out that the application of the strategy to grasp the four ratios, the final analysis of the effectiveness of the strategy.
