目的 :建立一种对性连锁遗传胎儿产前诊断及外周造血干细胞移植后患者植活证据鉴定的方法。方法 :采用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)扩增男性特异的 SRY基因 ,其片段大小为 2 5 4bp。结果 :对不同标本的扩增表明 ,2 0例男性标本均出现该特异扩增片段 ,而女性无此片段。结论 :聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)特异扩增片段 SRY基因片段 ,可用于 X连锁遗传胎儿产前诊断及外周血造血干细胞移植后患者植活证据鉴定
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method of identifying prenatal diagnosis of sex-linked fetuses and identification of patients’ survival after peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Methods: Male-specific SRY gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and its fragment size was 25 bp. Results: The amplification of different specimens showed that the specific amplified fragment appeared in 20 male specimens, while the female had no such fragment. CONCLUSION: The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) specific amplified fragment of SRY gene can be used for prenatal diagnosis of fetuses with X-linked inheritance and identification of patients’ survival after peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
