提出了一种振动式钢包下渣检测系统设计实现方案。通过安装在连铸机操作臂上的振动传感器采集钢水振动信号,进而进行处理与相关控制操作,较好地解决了其他下渣检测方法存在的不易安装维护、使用寿命较短等问题。在台湾丰兴钢铁公司的现场应用结果表明,该系统能够实现下渣提前预警,检测效率达到99%以上。
A design scheme of vibrating ladle slag detection system is proposed. The vibration signal of molten steel is collected by the vibration sensor installed on the operating arm of the continuous casting machine to process and control the operation so as to solve the problems that other lower slag detection methods are not easy to install and maintain and the service life is short. The field application results of Fung Hing Steel Co., Ltd. in Taiwan show that the system can realize the early warning of the slag, and the detection efficiency reaches more than 99%.
