利用花药培养诱导单倍体植株,为获得遗传上纯合型的杂交亲本,克服杂种后代的分离,加速育种过程;而且为利用单倍体细胞,在细胞和分子水平上研究高等植物的一系列基本理论问题,打开了广阔的前景。近十多年来,国内外科技工作者广泛开展“花培”单倍体育种研究,并在许多作物中取得了成功。但在茶树花药培养方面,至今未见诱导产生单倍体植株的报导〔1.4〕。近年来,我们对茶树花药培养进行一些探索,现将情况简报于后。
Haploid plants are induced by anther culture. In order to obtain genetically homozygous hybrid parents, the isolation of hybrid offspring is overcome to speed up the breeding process. Moreover, in order to utilize haploid cells, a series of studies on higher plants at the cellular and molecular level Basic theoretical issues, opened up a broad prospect. In the past decade or so, scientists at home and abroad have carried out extensive research on haploid breeding in “flower culture” and have succeeded in many crops. However, in the cultivation of tea tree anther, so far no induction of haploid plants reported 〔1.4〕. In recent years, we have carried out some exploration on the cultivation of tea tree anthers, the situation is briefed later.
