提出了飞机纵向杆力-杆位移曲线的一种自动化检测方法——机器手检测法。首先简述了机器手的组成及原理,然后讨论了杆力、杆位移的自动检测及纵向杆力-杆位移曲线的绘制与处理方法,最后利用该机器手对两种飞机进行了实际检测,并对检测曲线进行了精度分析。结果表明,机器手检测法经济简单、自动化程度和精度较高,是检测飞机纵向杆力-杆位移曲线的一种行之有效的方法。同时,该检测仪也适用于各种飞机的检测,对飞机横向杆力-杆位移曲线的检测也有一定的借鉴。
An automatic testing method of robot longitudinal force - rod displacement curve is put forward. First of all, the composition and principle of robot are briefly introduced. Then the automatic detection of rod force and rod displacement and the method of drawing and processing of the longitudinal force-rod displacement curve are discussed. Finally, the robot is used to test the two kinds of aircraft, The accuracy of the detection curve was analyzed. The results show that the robot detection method is simple and economical, with high degree of automation and accuracy. It is an effective method to detect the force-displacement curve of the longitudinal bar of aircraft. At the same time, the detector is also suitable for the detection of a variety of aircraft, aircraft horizontal rod force - rod displacement curve of the test also have some reference.
