网络信息资源的出现,为公共图书馆的馆藏资源建设提供了更广阔的发展空间,与此同时,网络信息资源的分散分布,垃圾信息的泛滥,资源品质的优劣不一,又给公共图书馆采集网络信息资源带来了困难。目前,公共图书馆开始注重对网络资源的采集步骤、加工技术的研究。本文试图从网络信息资源采集与重组的必要性、网络资源采集的步骤等方面对网络信息资源的采集加以探讨。
