GBS是一自身免疫性疾病,常用的免疫抑制剂—肾上腺激素疗效有限。一年来,我们用免疫调节剂—甲氰咪呱试治本病30例,取得较好疗效,报告如下。 资料与方法 一般资料 30例中,男18例,女12例。年龄17～40岁。农民20例,其他10例。病前有感染史16例。起病2～15天后入院。肢体型22例,混合型8例。肌力0～3级,脑脊髓液蛋白细胞分离9例,其余正常。 方法 选用甲氰咪呱0.8～1.2克/日,成人分两次加入5～10％GS 250ml静点,10天为一疗程。间
