为了解决“阳光体育”运动实施过程中出现的问题,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法,从“阳光体育”实施过程中人的问题入手进行探讨。认为,实施“阳光体育”人是关键,领导层、操作层、践行层是构成“阳光体育”运动的3个阶层。拟通过对“阳光体育”实施过程中人的研究,来解决“阳光体育”实施过程中出现的问题,来促进“阳光体育”的发展,促进《全民健身计划》的实施。
In order to solve the problems occurred in the implementation of the “Sunshine Sports” campaign, this paper discusses the problems of human being in the implementation of “Sunshine Sports” by using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews. He believes that the implementation of “Sunshine Sports ” people is the key, the leadership, operational level, practice is the formation of “Sunshine Sports ” movement of the three classes. It is proposed to promote the development of “Sunshine Sports” and promote the implementation of “National Fitness Program” by solving the problems that occurred during the implementation of Sunshine Sports through the research on human being during the implementation of Sunshine Sports .
