冷打花键是近年发展起来的一种少无切削新工艺。六十年代初期,瑞士、日本、美国、西德、英国等国家开始研制冷打齿轮、花键加工工艺,六十年代后期和七十年代初期,相继投入生产。并用于汽车、拖拉机、机床、航空、纺织等工业部门。我国长春第一汽车制造厂、上海拖拉机厂、上海机械制造工艺研究所亦在六十年代初期开始此项工艺研究工作,并部分投入生产。目前,全国已有不少单位,从事这方面的研究工作。
Cold spline is developed in recent years, a no cutting new technology. In the early 1960s, Switzerland, Japan, the United States, West Germany, Britain and other countries began to develop cold-headed gears and spline processing technology. They were put into production successively in the late 1960s and early 1970s. And for cars, tractors, machine tools, aviation, textile and other industrial sectors. China’s Changchun No. 1 Automobile Factory, Shanghai Tractor Factory, Shanghai Machinery Manufacturing Technology Institute also started this process research work in the early 1960s, and part of the production. At present, many units in the country have been engaged in research in this area.
