Creative thinking is a complex and advanced process of mental activity. Its core is to draw upon, combine, modify, or develop existing knowledge, technology, or equipment, link new observations or ideas with accepted facts or ideas, and concentrate on designing them to be more ideal and perfect. More valuable things are created. In the junior high school physics teaching, students are in the beginner’s physics stage, and have equal importance in cultivating physical knowledge teaching and creative thinking ability and other various abilities that should be possessed. There is no ability to transfer super-knowledge, and effective capacity transfer is based on mastering regular knowledge and general principles. Therefore, in the junior high school students’ creative thinking ability should be based on teaching materials, strive to reflect the requirements of teaching materials, and to cultivate the ability of creative thinking.
