对采用粘膜康治疗66例放射性粘膜损害的疗效进行Ⅱ期临床验证。按配对对照法分治疗组、对照组、开放组3组，治疗组与对照组为放疗疗程中出现粘膜损害的患者，开放组为放疗结束后出现粘膜损害的患者。结果显示，治疗组与开放组的临床疗效明显好于对照组（P＜0．01）。表明粘膜康对放射性粘膜损害有较好的治疗作用．
A phase II clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of mucosal mucotherapy in the treatment of 66 cases of radioactive mucosal lesions. The treatment group, control group, and open group were divided into three groups according to the matched control method. The treatment group and the control group were patients with mucosal damage during the course of radiotherapy, and the open group were patients with mucosal damage after the end of radiotherapy. The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the open group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Mukai Kang showed a good therapeutic effect on radioactive mucosal damage.
