近几年来,我一直思考一个问题,那就是读书与人的成长到底有什么关系?结合自己的体会看,一个人的成长史从某种意义上说就是一部读书史。我认为,一个优秀的人的知识体系,应当如同一棵大树,其中,中国优秀传统文化知识是这棵大树的树根,马克思主义基本理论知识是这棵大树的树干,与自己工作联系密切的知识是这棵大树的树冠,自然与社会科学知识是这棵大树的树枝,时代发展最前沿的知识是这棵大树的树叶。一个人只有形成根深、干粗、冠高、枝繁、叶茂的知识体系,才能促进个人全面发展、科学发展,才能为军队和社会作出更大的贡献。
