用棉籽壳栽凤尾菇,一般要用石灰水或多菌灵对棉籽壳进行消毒处理。用多菌灵对棉籽壳进行消毒或棉籽壳料的含水量过低,播种后2～4天料温会升高,如果在气温较高的季节播种,不小心管理就会出现料温高“烧坏”菌种现象。凤尾菇菌丝体能耐多少度高温呢?我们做了如下的试验:
