作者复习了经病理组织证实的5例尤文氏肉瘤影像学资料发现,其中2例的X线平片上,患部骨皮质出现碟形凹陷。例1男性,14岁。患儿X线平片显示右股骨局部骨皮质增厚,其内侧见有碟形凹陷缺损,缺损底部无明显骨质破坏,CT扫描证实局部骨皮质基本正常,局部软组织肿块内无钙化。骨闪烁照像术显示股骨病灶周围灌注有增多,放射性示踪剂沉积增加,未见转移性病灶。CT及MR检查证实了X线所见征象。MR有助于估计病灶周围软组织肿块大小,并可确定骨髓内受累情况。例2女性,9岁。X线平片显示左股骨干局部骨皮质明显增厚并有碟形凹陷,其下骨皮质无破坏,局部软组织肿块内无钙化征象。骨闪烁照像术展示碟形凹陷部放射性示踪剂沉积轻度增加,未见转移
The authors reviewed the imaging findings of 5 cases of Ewing’s sarcoma confirmed by histopathology. Among them, in 2 cases of X-ray plain films, there were dish-shaped depressions in the affected cortical bone. Example 1 Male, 14 years old. The X-ray plain film showed local cortical thickening of the right femur. There was a dish-shaped depression on the medial side and no bone destruction at the bottom of the defect. The CT scan confirmed that the local cortical bone was normal and there was no calcification in the local soft tissue mass. Bone scintigraphy showed increased perfusion around the femoral lesion, increased radiotracer deposition, and no metastatic lesions. CT and MR examination confirmed the signs seen on the X-ray. MR helps to estimate the size of the soft tissue mass around the lesion and to determine the involvement of the bone marrow. Example 2 Female, 9 years old. The X-ray plain film showed that the cortical bone of the left femur was thickened and there was a dish-shaped depression. The inferior cortical bone was not damaged, and there was no calcification in the local soft tissue mass. Bone scintigraphy showed slight increase in radioactive tracer deposits in dished depressions and no shift was observed
