上海市公安局经济保卫处最近制订若干关于安全防范工作的验收规定,其中包括安全财务室的标准,要求全市各企事业单位严格执行,以确保财务部门现金、支票等有价证券和帐务资料、凭证的安全。安全财务室标准共八条: 1、财务室房屋结构必须牢固,门应覆盖铁皮,使用“三保险”锁和防撬角铁。 2、财务室窗户必须安装圆铁规格在十二毫米以上、扁铁在六毫米以上,间距不大于十五毫米的铁栅拦,窗高超过一米的须加横档。 3、财务室必须配备坚固完好的具有密码装置的保险箱。 4、财务室的现金、支票等有价证券,班后(或因故离开)一律放入保险箱,并拨乱密码号。支票和印章必须分开保管。 5、保险箱钥匙必须由财会人员随身携带,不准放在办公室抽屉里过夜。备用钥匙妥善保管。
