十年来,在党的教育方针的指导下,我院物理教学有了根本性的变化。自1953到1963年期间,从几乎是完全空白的条件下建立了一支教师和实验室工作人员的队伍;发展了三个实验室（包括65个物理实验）一个示教准备室（包括二十余个示教实验）;编写了物理学三卷,实验讲义三册,习题集三册;积累了习题卡,实验卡,考试题卡等资料,基本上适应我院物理教学的需要。 1953年,根据院系调整,在东北航海学院,上学航务学院和福建航海专科学校三个物理教研组的基础上成立我院物理教研组。由于历史条件,三校的物理基础十分薄弱,仅有一名讲师,六名从机械,轮机,无线电基础,航海等专业调来的助教。为了发展需要,1954年我院向清华大学、北京大学选送物理进修教师向苏联专家学习。1955年以后,进修教师络续回校,把原有的一个实验室扩充为三个实验室。1955到1957年间先后排出普通物理实验41个。示教实验廿余个,写出了实验讲义,习题集,1961年试用自编教材,标志着物理师资的成长。历次的政治运动大大改变了物理师资的政治思想面貌。
Ten years ago, under the guidance of the party’s education policy, our college physics teaching has undergone fundamental changes. From 1953 to 1963, a team of teachers and laboratory staff members was established under almost complete blanket; three teaching laboratories (including 65 physical experiments) and a teaching preparation room (including twenty More than a teaching experiment); prepared three volumes of physics, experimental notes three, three exercises set; accumulated exercise cards, experimental cards, test cards and other materials, basically meet the needs of our hospital physical education. In 1953, according to the adjustment of faculties, the physics teaching and research group of our college was established on the basis of three physics teaching and research groups of Northeast Marine College, School of Shipping and Fujian Maritime College. Due to historical conditions, the physical foundation of the three schools is very weak with only one lecturer and six assistants transferred from specialties such as machinery, turbine, radio base and navigation. In order to develop the need, in 1954, our hospital sent Tsinghua University and Peking University to select physical education teachers to study with Soviet experts. After 1955, continuing teachers went back to school and expanded the original one laboratory into three laboratories. Between 1955 and 1957, there were 41 general physics experiments. Teach experiment more than twenty, write out the experimental notes, set of exercises, 1961 self-made teaching materials, marking the growth of physics teachers. The previous political campaigns have greatly changed the political thinking of physical teachers.
