由北京市商业委员会主办北京红石房地产服务机构等单位承办的首届社区商业发展规划论坛近日在京召开。来自政府、商业、房地产等部门和行业的200多名代表参加了本次论坛。本次论坛主要围绕目前社区商业开发迅速升温的形势,就商业企业和房地产开发商如何发现社区与商业互动发展的价值展开了多议题、多层次的探讨,以期将社区商业建设推向更高的发展水平。 本届社区商业发展论坛邀请到了来自美国、台湾及国内优秀社区商业的开发商以及国内外著名的房地产顾问公司、景观规划、建筑设计公司等出席。论坛为发展商与商业企业之间提供了一个开发交流的平台。
