报告43例以眼部症状就诊的鼻窦肿块患者的临床资料。其主要表现为单眼突出、视力下降、复视、眼球运动障碍等。其中21例以眼球突出、视力下降为主诉而首诊于眼科。43例中有41例采用手术治疗，18例眼部症状改善，5例视力有不同程度的提高；其余20例眼部症状改善不明显。提示：鼻窦毗邻眼眶，眼眶被各鼻窦所包绕，视神经管段和眶内段也与蝶筛窦之间存有密切的解剖关系，因此鼻窦肿块势必造成对眼部的影响。那么临床注重这种关系，对于早期诊治鼻窦肿瘤等是十分有益的。
Clinical data of 43 patients with sinus lumps treated with ocular symptoms were reported. Its main manifestations of monocular prominence, decreased vision, diplopia, eye movement disorders. Among them, 21 cases were highlighted by eyeballs, and the chief complaint was decreased vision loss. Among the 43 cases, 41 cases were treated by surgery, 18 cases had ocular symptoms improved, and 5 cases had different degrees of visual acuity improvement. The other 20 cases had no significant improvement in ocular symptoms. Tip: adjacent to the sinus orbital sinus, orbital sinus surrounded by the optic canal and the orbital segment and the butterfly ethmoid sinus there is a close anatomical relationship between the sinus mass is bound to cause the impact on the eye. So the clinical focus on this relationship, for early diagnosis and treatment of sinus cancer is very useful.
