心房肌细胞贮有高浓度的强烈利钠作用的肽类物质——心房利钠肽(atrial natriuretic peptide,A-NP),细胞外液容量变化引起心房扩张,刺激其释放入循环而发挥利钠激素的作用。研究对象 11例急性充血性心衰病人,年龄39~84(平均69)岁,均符合下列标准:①有呼吸困难及端坐呼吸的病史;②颈静脉压力升高及肺水肿的临床表现;③左心衰竭的放射学证据。需要机械通气及常规疗法不能控制心衰及瓣膜心脏病人除外。入院前未用利尿剂,其它治疗不变。入院当天8例用速尿40~120mg,其余3例分别用安体舒通与双氢氟噻嗪复
